1. General Information Only
All content on this Website, including articles, guides, reviews, screenshots and download information about The Spike volleyball game and its modified versions (Mod APK), is published for general informational and educational purposes only. We make no promise that the information is always complete, accurate or up to date.
2. No Affiliation
This Website is an independent fan and information site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to SUNCYAN (formerly Daerisoft), the original developer and publisher of The Spike: Volleyball Story, or any of its owners or any related game, app or brand. All game names, logos, trademarks and registered trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here only for identification and reference.
3. Mod APK Notice
Modified (Mod) APK files are changed versions of the original app and are not official releases. Using them may:
- Violate the original game’s Terms of Service.
- Lead to account suspension, ban or loss of progress.
- Cause the app to crash, stop working or behave unexpectedly after updates.
- Carry security or privacy risks if the file is obtained from an untrusted source.
We encourage you to support the original developers by downloading the official game from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. If you choose to use a Mod APK, you do so entirely at your own risk.
4. Download and Use at Your Own Risk
We do our best to keep files and links safe, but we cannot guarantee that any file will be free from errors, bugs, viruses or other harmful components on every device. We recommend scanning every downloaded file with a trusted antivirus app and backing up your data before installing. We are not responsible for any damage, data loss, device malfunction or account action that results from downloading, installing or using any file or information from this Website.
